Our self-service coin machines make it quick and easy to turn coins into cash. Whether you’re emptying a piggy bank or cleaning out a jar of change, the process is simple and convenient.

Free* for Michigan United Credit Union members
Members can deposit up to $50 in coins each month at no charge. It’s just one of the many perks of being part of Michigan United Credit Union.
Coin Deposit Fees
- Member deposits over $50 per month: 4% of the coin deposit
- Business accounts: 4% of all coin deposits
- Nonmembers: 8% of the coin deposit

*Members may deposit up to $50 in coins per month at no charge. A 4% fee is applied to member coin deposits exceeding $50 within the same month. Business accounts are assessed a 4% fee on all coin deposits. Nonmembers are assessed an 8% fee. After using the coin machine, a receipt will be printed. Please bring the receipt to the teller for processing.
